We deliver 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) between 9am-6pm, unfortunately we can’t offer specific delivery times. For same day delivery please order before 12pm, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery prices are as follows:

Unfortunately, because all our products are fresh and perishable, we don't allow returns on flower deliveries. However if for any reason you're not satisfied with your order please get in touch, and we'll do our best to follow up. Once orders have been placed we are cannot offer refunds.
